Hey, Just a quick one, after playing through the game & unlocking the Arcane Warrior specialization in the Werewolf dungeon I googled it to see how I could make my character an Arcane Warrior...

So yeah I found that once my character was lvl 7 (and then again at lvl 14) I would get a point I could spend on a 'specialization' which would be where I'd choose Arcane Warrior right?

Only problem is all 4 of my characters right now (main, Alistair, Wynne & Leliana) are level 14 and none of them have ever prompted me to select a specialization =[
I also found, through searching these forums, that I should be able to use the lvl up function at any time if I had any unspent specialization points.... the fact the lvl up button isn't available leads me to beleive I don't have any unspent points?

Wondered if anyone had encountered this problem?
I'm playing on the PS3, DA:O, no expansions, Blood Dragon Armor DLC.

I had downloaded & installed the update, V1.3 was it?
but that cause my game to crash ATLEAST once every 15 minutes so I did delete that file & have since cancelled every prompt to update the game, I don't know if that's causing any kind of problem with it but I thought I should mention that just incase.



I look forward to hearing from ANYONE who has any input even if it's only slightly relevant or if your facing the same problem, it's really bugging me, I want a freaking Arcane Warrior =[

I played the game for 3 days before I bought it & I checked my saves from that stretch, again I had a level 9 character & obviously all my allys had their own lvl 7 specializations but my main character wasn't prompted to choose a specialization. It's really bugging me because I now can't play the game to it's fullest extent & I hate not being able to FULLY 100% a game



I was hoping eventually (after completing the base pack with each race) to transfer my strongest character setup over to the expansion game.



It would REALLY help if someone could just tell me how you would normally choose your specialization? does it prompt you when you level up from 6 to 7 after you choose your stats and then your skills etc does it then usually move onto specializations?

This may seem obvious, but do you have any specializations unlocked?



If you unlocked one partway through level 7, you should be able to pick one on level 8 (same for 14-15)



It will be the four squares above the attributes when you level. If you have any unlocked and after level 8 it doesn't let your character pick one, it's a bug.

I think I unlocked Arcane Warrior at about lvl 12 ish? as far as I know that's the only one I've unlocked. I haven't had the chance to play tonight but tomorrow I'm gonna save just before my main gets to lvl 15 so I can see if he has any unlocked boxes above the attributes.
