Poor Amalea Aeducan. She fought her way out of the Deep Roads and all the way to Denerim in the hopes of reuniting with her beloved Gorim, only to discover that he has already found someone else and gotten married to her! I'm so sad now :-( This is my "solo" character (only have Alistair, but he stays in the camp making herbal remedies) and she just wanted to be loved! I wish I could have Gorim join me instead of Oghren.

As I have said before, I do like Gorim, I just like Leske slightly better.

I still can't actually find anything likeable about Leske...he just has no backbone, won't shut up about Rica, is too stupid to make sure Everd doesn't stumble onto the field while I'm fighting the Proving for him...Where's the appeal?

As short as the Cullen story was, we're lucky that we got that much with Gorim! Our alternatives to not having the romance continue was to have him die in the Deep Roads right before we find Duncan or just not have a romance at all. There has to be a way to keep him ineligible and that's their answer to that. Better than what happened to Tamlen or the city elf's fiance, srsly.

I still don't see why he couldn't have been injured and maybe have some sort of contract or agreement to work for a smith family for a year in exchange for taking him in when he first arrived in Denerim with no place to go and without his ability to fight but without getting married so he wouldn't have to be in the game any more than he already was but if you didn't romance anyone else you could get a few lines post-coronation about continuing the romance. Well given my Dwarf Female Noble is Bhelen's sister, obviously she'll be there to comfort Gorim when he's widowed in a month or two.

Do you really want to be a step-mom?

Poisoning the wife before she gives birth takes care of that problem.

All we know is that the wife is pregnant when we run into him again, we have no idea how far along it is. If the baby's already born...do you REALLY want to murder an innocent baby because you're handling a break-up badly? You've got to draw the line somewhere and it might as well be there.

Princess Freya doesn't murder innocent babies, you know, unless she has good reason to.

Gorim's little heir can inherit his house.

That way I can claim her vote in Parliament when I'm Queen.

I'm already probably going to have to worry about teaching little Endrin how to survive, though...At least Rica should be happy since I honestly don't care how much time she spends with her child.

Why? The taint makes it hard, but not impossible, for a Grey Warden to have children.

My DNF knew there was no future with Gorim so was just happy for him that he was alive and had found a good woman. It would have been nice to have a dwarven romance option in the game though. Humans? Elves? Blerch!

Terrasa told him that him and his fat ugly wife could go rot.

Then post-coronation, she asked why he was there.

Then she went back to Orzammar.

Then she exiled him again.

Then she felt bad and told him he could come home..

She just hopes he understands, in hindsight, the true depths of how badly he ****ed up by breaking the heart of an Aeducan.

Wow, that's harsh. Did you also kick him out of the Aeducans, too? And how long did it take before you changed your mind about re-exiling him?

But yeah, don't **** with the Aeducans. They're not nice.
