I attempted to register my game on here. It tells me it's invalid. The UPC code is the barcode on the back of the xbox 360 game box correct?
Correct, and it should be 12 digits, entered without spaces or dashes.

Except for those of us who for whatever reason (possibly regional) have a 13 digit barcode on the back!!
I emailed Bioware days ago as requested in another thread and still can't register my game...

It looks like a 13-digit UPC is an EAN.
This is something that will need to be added to the registration on the site.
Thanks Rheannan - I did some investigating and it turns out that the EAN code for the normal Australian 360 edition works no problem so it seems that it's just an issue with the CE edition....
If anyone is having the same problem the EAN code in question starts with 5 and ends with 0 and is easily found on Google, the CE code that isn't working ends in 2...
Not sure if it will make any difference registering the normal edition although you have the CE - but I'd already put a new request in to the customer service site seeing as I had no word from my email to Bioware since the weekend - I've de-registered it for the time being and will wait and see what (if anything) the support site comes up with...
If all else fails I can just re-register the other code again I suppose!

Sure, after choosing to regester my copy of DA:O (360) version I put in all 13 digits of the barcode into the box that was labeled "Regestration Key" then clicked the Regester button...
I'm not trying to sound mean... I'm just tired it's 3:30am

Funnily enough, all my bonus items/dlc's appear on this website just fine though. Would be nice if the guys at Bioware could fix this up soon too.

If you look at the Bar Code on the back of the PS3 there is a leading and trailing 0 outside the barcode area smaller font. If you include these along with the numbers directly below the bar code the game will register. Not very intuitive!
What nak714 has pointed out was 100% the issue! Thanks.
Since no one had responded/confirmed i'm moreless just typing this to help out anyone else who happens to be in the same boat in the future - INCLUDE THE TWO NUMBERS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE UPC BARCODE TOO!
