I am confused.

"Bioware Social Network" is in fact EA Network? Why else would I get an email from EA confirming my "Master Account has been created". I found this:

"This site uses EA accounts behind the scenes, so creating an account
here involves creating an EA account. This error usually means you've
previously created an EA aco**** using that email address either on
another EA site or in an EA game (including Dragon Age!). To continue
signing up, you should try logging in with that EA account email and
password - the system should figure out who you are and you can proceed
with signup."

It would be nice state this more clearly and to really clear out these things before you make people register?!

I distinguish between EA and BIOWARE - even if you (who is this?) pretend, you don't. The Terms of Service link talks only about EA and does not mention BIOWARE at all! There is significant potential to misunderstand who is responsible and liable for what.

Signing up here is a new contract between the consumer and whom? EA - not Bioware! But the Website says "Bioware Social Network". So what is up with Bioware.com and forums.bioware.com? This all is not well explained IMHO.

I think, it would be in your interest, to make this more clear upfront. That's all.
