Killing workers was the result of her using Eclipse Mercs. They are obviously not under her control.
Also, I'm wondering about the whole eye color thing. Paragon shep's eyes glow blue, Renegage shep's eyes glow red. I've noticed the same thing in most of the squadies.
Nassana's eyes glowed blue when Thane was in killing her. While the snitch that got you to the towers, her eyes were red. Have a feeling she was one of Nassana's sisters and we just killed one of the family yet again.
