By the way, would anyone know the best way to get a Dev to see this? I mean, no use in all this work if the creators don't see it right?

There are some Q&A folks lurking around, I'm sure this will reach them sooner or later.

As long as you arent forced to have the retracted helmets in civilian sectors Im all for it.

This would be wicked awesome. Sketches are amazing as well. Only problem is that since they can't seem patch a simple helmet toggle we can only wish for this to be on ME3.

I was thinking this is what they should have done way back in ME1 and I was hoping they would do it with ME2. I hope they do this in the future

collapsable??? well that would be helpful, cause walking up to people with the Death Mask or the pre order armors that cover face, and walking up to someone that recognizes you....
how do people recognize Shep, if he isnt even wearing N7, like with the Collector Armor thing, wtf!!!
YES!!!
i deffinatly support this idea!!!

I, signed....
I've had that idea in my head for a long time.
i was an concept artist a while back, so i get your drawings fully
.
Anyway, as for the drawings themselves they look very creative and informative, the dev's should really take a look!
Cheers!

That idea is basically the helmet toggle with an explanation behind, awesome - and nicely done, those scetches.

Both were used as reference for the drawings, it may seem kind of like hopping on the bandwagon but like everyone keeps saying, it really is a good in-universe solution.

This would be great. I would probably spend extra hours toggling the helmet back and forth.

Visors that have a tented and untented mode would be nice too so that while in combat zones your face is visible with the helmet up.

signed, This makes so much sense, a helmet toggle that actually fits into the universe!

Signed. I love the illustrations you did. If this isn't integrated into 2, it damn well better be integrated into 3. VERY clever idea.
Well, I can already tell you it's not in 2, in fact the "helmet always on" thing has been a big complaint among the community since it was released.
I'm well aware of that.
DLC and patches are always an option though.

Hell to the Yes. I love the concept. Why didn't anyone think of this sooner? Someone like, I dunno, a developer?
If we have grenade launchers that can collapse into 1/2 of their original size, it makes sense other things should be able to do that.

good idea but what if we want the helmets to be on outside of combat?

Same, if it's a toggle option then yes, if it's forced when you're out of combat then no.

i think that it should only be for when you talk to people that it would automatically collapse or something like that...
but for combat it should Have to come on because that wouuldnt be fair to others and it would make sense

This is need badly because there are some really cool helmets that I won't wear cause I want to see shepards face like a lot of the people around here do.
