I just bought the deluxe version of this game off Steam for $50 the other night along with ME2(ME2 runs perfectly fine) and I am unable to play because of 1.03. I was able to run the game just fine on my PC when it was the original, so I'm wondering if it is possible to downgrade to an earlier patch somehow, and go back to playing on a version of 1.0 through Steam.
I was disappointed to find that even the site doesn't let you DL a different patch and only the latest one that seems to be causing all these problems.
Any help would be appreciated, as I can't play this game at all after spending the money on it because of this.
Possible to downgrade to earlier patch?

(READ BOTTOM FOR POSSIBLE FIX) (edit:ignore my 500 typos..)
No, you have to uninstall and reinstall to remove patch.
Patch 1.02a is the one you want, best download spot filefront.
http://www.filefront...2a-Retail-Patch
However, steam autodownloads the patch.
.
You can play version 1.0 however! It might not crash as often.
Unistall game
Disconnect from the internet right after reinstalling or cancel the download of the patch
Go to games libary
right click the game(dao) goto propeties, updates tab,
change to do not automatically update this game.
Connect back to internet, restart steam and play version 1.0 (it might not crash as often for you, didnt for me)
Optional try for 1.02a:
Run the patch i linked to, but see if you can change the target or anything. To the Steam/Steam Apps/Commons folder if dao is in there. (it might not be I do not own the steam version)
Best of luck.

Thanks Levi, I'll give that a try in a bit to see if it works, having 1.02 would be nice for the game play changes.

None, Steam automatically installs the latest version of the game every time. So, just hoping for a fix now I guess, so I can actually play the game I spent money on >.<
Thanks for the help anyways~
