Can I post my own comments for my own photo album and if so, why aren't they showing up which they are not doing?   Explanation or any information would be greatly appreciated.  Also, being told I can't post in certain areas that I should be able to since my games are registered.  I keep getting that error message.  Just so you know. 

Also, not receiving messages to post I've made on the forum.  That someone has posted a reply to my post.  What forum settings do I need to have checked for this to happen.   This used to work and now it's not working anymore?  Just wanted to report this.  Thanks.

For pictures you upload yourself you should be able to. I don't know if the DA album is different in that way (it is in other ways).

You first of all need to (actively) subscribe to a thread by clicking Subscribe above the thread. Then you need to enabled e-mail notifications in forum settings, accessible from the grey bar above the forum. If that's not enough it may be that you have accidentally blocked the sender or something similar, I know Hotmail can be difficult about that.

In the news and announcement forum for dragon age. I'll get the message one time and then won't get it the next that I'm not allowed to post. I'm a registered user and thought all registered users are allowed in that forum. It's weird.

What I meant on the mail messages was from my inbox here. Not my regular email account.

For the photo album my comments on my own shots are not showing up, in game or on forum with the album, at least I can't see them.

Users are prohibited from creating new threads there but should be allowed to respond to existing, unlocked ones. We've seen a lot of complaints about incorrect permissions here but everytime we ask for further elaboration the reports die. Are you sure you're supposed to be allowed to post where you're trying to post?

Do you mean get a notification (the little orange tooltip) when somebody replies to a subscribed thread? I don't believe that's possible.

That's the standard one I was talking about. I don't know if you're supposed to be able to comment on them at all.

I can post in that forum, but I'm still getting that error message from time to time.



I thought when you replied to threads you can set your inbox to receive the notification for here in your inbox, this is what I mean.



Strange, that we can't comment on them when we have the option. Just sayin'. Thanks for your time.
