Y'know how you have that page where all your Wardens are displayed on the Player Profile?
My first grey warden, Elissa Amell, isn't showing up there.
How can I fix this?

Try playing that char while logged in for a few hours.

That might not even help. My page has updated once since November. It updates achievements but not the characters. I have about 6 more characters that aren't showing up, and the ones that do never update. You might just be unlucky like me.

Yeah I am having this problem too. Its definitely the weak point and also makes it look like a waste of time making if its still broken like this.

I had this problem until today. Last time I played, I played online for awhile (several several hours sadly :( ), and it finally uploaded today when I came on here. Havn't even touched the game today though lol. But, it seems like you have to be online signed-in and logged into their networks for it to sort of work. By sort of, it isn't guaranteed.

Had my chars registering fairly ok (with a delay ranging from an hour to a day or so) untill rencetly - my latest char hasn't even shown her face among my cast of wardens, and she's level 10 already.

Edit: Apparently the system heard my grumbling, and finally deigned to add my newest char to the roster. Should grumble more often. *grumble grumble* :?

Yeah, I ran into this problem too. This is what worked for me.  Image IPB

1 > Startup Dragon Age
2 > Login to your account through the game (if you're not already logged on)
3 > Go to Player Profile
4 > Select Online Profile (this will open up your browser to the Player Profile webpage)
5 > On the Player Profile webpage, click on the update link under your avatar
6 > Go back to your Dragon Age game
7 > Click on the Screenshots tab
8 > Upload a screenshot belonging to the character that you want to update/upload

Apparently, all screenshots are linked to the character file. By uploading a screenshot, you force the DA server to upload/update your on-line character file.  ***  Remember:  it might take 2-3 hours for the DA servers to update your profile before you see changes posted on the webpage.

One other thing to note, you have to ensure that the DA servers are online. You can do this by going to your online profile and checking the Profile Diagnostics page. If the servers are off-line, you'll get an error message.

I wish this worked for me. I can't upload any screenshots- I select the image and click the "upload screenshot" button, and nothing happens. No error message, no upload, I can hammer on the button forever and there's no response. And yes, I'm signed in and the server is online. Sigh. The Bioware page hates me! :(

We don't even have that option on the 360. Does my head in having mixed PC/Console joint forum.

Sometimes, it takes a minute or so for the upload status bar to show up on the Screenshot tab page. The status bar goes across from 0% to 100% in a matter of seconds when it does appear. Then, after about 2-3 hours or less, it will appear on the website Profile page > Manage My Screenshots. Of course, you should notice that your Profile has been updated at that point.

I have an issue where all my characters update, but some of them don't have a portrait or avatar. It tells me their names, what they have equipped, their stats, everything but their avatar/portrait. Nothing I seem to do fixes this. Now before I get pc advice, I am on a 360.

EDIT: And it happens to be ALL of my real characters (not the ones I just goofed around with) that don't show up. :pinched:

Might actually be worth trying, probably depends on individual games or files however. Thank Zy :wizard:

Ah ha! I discovered something, but not sure how to fix it. I tried the steps listed above, and when I got to step 8, I got a message saying that I had reached the maximum number of screenshots uploaded and couldn't upload any more. I went into my online profile to try to figure out how to delete some, and went to Profile Diagostics. There is a box below Screenshots that is called Online Storage Summary. It says Number of Files: 100. Maximum number of files allowed: 100.

This is separate from my screenshots as I only have 79 of those, and also I'm nowhere near maxed on storage space. 37MB out of 350MB available. So...

I'm thinking the issue with my profile not updating has to do with the 100 file maximum being reached, whatever that means. For those of you who aren't seeing updates, so you also have a 100 file max limit on your Diagnostics? And how do I figure out what those files are and delete them to free up space?
