Account problems and DLC problems

I need some serious help with some account problems and I'm not sure where to go for help since it involves at least 3 companies.  Why does this have to be so complicated?

So I have an EA account which is linked to my Bioware account.  Well I had problems and at one point I ended up creating another account from within the game.  So now I have 2 EA accounts and I'm not sure which is linked, but my problem is that most of my profile information is associated with one but the DLC (from Steam CE preorder) seems to be linked to the other.

I'm actually really confused and I need someone who has access to my accounts to be able to help figure it out. I think what I really need here is some official technical support for my account problems.    But whose support do I go to?  EA, Bioware, Steam?

Any help would be appreciated.
