I have awakening installed, but dunno why i cant see it at downloaded content page and cant see awakening at new game section.

seems like its because of i've deleted my save games before///replaced with my friends origins char((he had only origins, and not the awakening))
now i cant export, or create a new char at awakening.
how do i fix this? my game started act like i never bought awakenings after i delete and replace the char.
