I think it's strange that it's such a monumental discovery to find the 'Golem stone' by the Anvil of the Void, but in the DLC Thaig(can't remember the name at the moment) you find a similar stone with the names of the dwarves from that family who joined the golems.
To me this seems a bit illogical..but of course, that might be because the Deep Roads were sealed off and knowledge kept from the dwarves that survived.
Thoughts?
Golem inconsistency(?) (I'm not English :P) (SPOILER)

The memorial stone is in honor of all of the dwarves who volunteered to become golems while the Cadash Thaig is just Shayle's House. I don't remember if they listed her a someone who becam a golem or if it was just a record of who was in the House like you can find for Orta in the Ortan Thaig (poor girl, Orta Ortan...). Either way, the first was Caridin's way of respecting the sacrifice and the second was done by House Cadash.
