Cannot download purchased content

I bought a code for 1600 bioware points and applyed them to my account . Then i bought the following content:Return to Ostagar and Warden’s Keep. But i cannot download my purchised content!! When i start Dragon Age i enter my e-mail and password . I select "Download content and nothing happens.My game is registered and i can see all my purchised content at "registered game promotions ".But can't download from there too.What should i do????

First thing, watch the double posting and the spamming of the entire forum base in general. Second thing, post in the right forum...as far as i know, these store forums have almost nothing to do with the purchasable DLC related to Bioware's games. And, as you have obviously had no trouble with the actual purchase of the DLC, the fault should be targeted somewhere else...possibly along the lines of a "technical support."
I will suggest, relating to your problem, that you be a bit patient just in case you havn't already. Assuming that you are certain that you are logged into the game under the same account that you have used to registered the game and buy the DLC, then it should just be a matter of time before the game realizes that it needs to download some items. I would try leaving the in-game DLC page open for a while...refreshing the available content and see if it displays anything accurate (remaning Bioware points, remaning purchasable DLC, etc.) and then checking back and forth between the downloading tab and the enabled DLC tab. If after a while the available content tab doesn't update correctly or the DLC's that you bought don't show up in either of the other two tabs, I would check for similar threads in the link provided...and if you find none, create your own. Also, restarting the game, and possibly even your computer, may help...
