i can not play this game when i hi play is say Library load fail... and in box say d3dx9_36.dll After hi ok is say
We're sorry, an error has occurred.
Error: There is a problem with your game's setup. please reinstall your game.
Please help thank you

It should do the trick.

This will update just directx9.0c. Its smaller than above and checks and runs.

If neither of those work, post again, and I or someone else can help you pull out that certain .dll and add it to your directx.

Hi,

I downloaded the program listed above (dxwebsetup.exe) and i get this:

An internal system error occurred.

Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem.

Can someone please help me! I wanna play this game!!!

i downloaded and tried to install dxwebsetup.exe but all it tells me : An internal system error occurred.

Can anyone help me please i really want to play this game.
Oh and something that You should know, i purchased and downloaded this game through bestbuy
so i dont have the disk

You should rather try here (the link you have tried is only for DX10 and furthermore it is for the SDK which is not required for a end user). Do not forget to select the language appropriate to your version of Windows.

So I was having the same issue, and tried this link and still am having issues Posted Image ... any other suggestions?

I had the same issue, downloaded the link that Jack M provided and it seems to be working A-okay.
