Mass Effect 2 uses two fonts: Myriad Pro (subtitles, dialogue wheels, et
cetera) and Korataki (planet names, character names, et cetera). All
subtitles and dialogue wheel text have a 1 or 1.5 pixel outline in black
to make it easier to see when the subtitles are superimposed on light
colors.
Thanks for the Font info, Ecael. I went ahead and updated it.
Are you sure the dialogue text outline is black? It looks a little grayer in some of the other screens I've seen. I went ahead and gave the text a small black stroke-width so you can see what it looks like now. Still doesn't look quite like in-game dialogue though...

It does seem a little gray. Maybe Grey 80% (RGB 50/50/50)? The background color for the forum is that color as well.Whole Particle wrote...

Either that or it's a slight shadow instead of an outline. My signature on the bottom right uses a shadow instead, since it looks better on the forum background than an outline does.

I'll see if I can post a screen in a bit with a gray-ish shadow.

Myraid Pro, Outilne Width = 0.1, Outline Opacity = 0.5, Outline Color = rgb(50,50,50), the rest of the info is the same.

It looks a little more similar to in-game info, but I don't think it's there quite yet. Not sure what else to change, and full shadows don't seem to be a possibility with text.

It looks like it needs to be anti-aliased.Whole Particle wrote...
OK here's what a test image looks like with the following properties:

Also, for the shadow, just make the text in black and then put the actual colored text on top of it, except you make it slightly off-center.

I'll see what I can do concerning the shadow, if I can get the number right.

I removed the outline and added a 1px shadow to the neutral response. And I added a 1px shadow in addition to the outline to the immoral response. The rest I just left alone for now.
The latter doesn't look much better at all, but I thought I'd show the result of having both. Any more ideas to get it just like in-game text would be great.
