Ack! Not sure if anyone can help me, but is there any way of transferring the Blood dragon armor from one bioware acct to another? I didn't think about it when I created a new acct and purchased more addons, but I had a different account when I purchased Dragon Age and redeemed the Dragon Armor code. I didn't realize that once the addons were installed, they wouldn't work unless you were signed in with the account that redeemed them.

In the future, I personally see no reason why you would want more than one account through EA or the BSN...maybe you do, and thats your own screwed up business, but if you want to try and legitmaitley make it through EA, you're gonna have to simplify yourself.
Also, the Bioware Store has very little (if anything) to do with DLC related to the game which accuratley reflects what these forums should handle - though after personally checking in a more proper forum for a few minutes, i found this: Check here for possible answers to your problem. If you don't find any, I may suggest just emailing EA support and hopefully they will be willing to credit the correct account with the DLC requested...and please do me and others a favor before you post and actually try searching the forums.
