Miranda: Lawful Neutral. Will do what's best for humanity. Very loyal to the Illusive Man and after broken the relationship to Cerberus (depending on the ending of course), will stay loyal to Shepard.
Jacob: Chaotic Good. The dialogue in the indicates that Jacob wants to do what he considers good and he has his issues with both Cerberus and the Alliance, not really that lawful, well maybe to Shepard after ME2.
Mordin: Neutral Good.
Ash and Tali: Lawful good. Both are pretty much loyal to the established government to their races to be Neutral Good.
Zaeed: Neutral. Zaeed is not very lawful if you tell me, but no really that chaotic.
Jack: Chaotic Neutral/Evil. I don't know if I'd call her really evil, hard to determine she mostly cares only about surviving.
The rest I agree with OP.
My doubts are on Thane.
