I have created and uploaded a character from the Dragon Age Character Creator and I have completed all achievements in the Dragon Age Journey's web game. This has unlocked in total 4 items for me that I can not figure out how to get on my PS3 version of the game.
Can anyone help me here? They are not listed in the DLC, they are not on my characters.

are the accounts for all four places (the account you log into on the ps3 / the one for this site / the one for journeys / and the one for the character creator) the same? (email, password, user name, other info) if not then that's your problem. if they are then i don't know whats wrong.

They are all the same as best I can tell. When I look at my info for this account it shows the list of the items I've unlocked/earned and it shows my PSN ID as being attached to this account. I'll have to poke around the menus some and make sure it's logging me in properly on the PS3 side.

They should be obtainable the same way you got shale and the blood dragon armor...dont know how the PSN has it set up so I cant be more use...

i missing the journey dlc from my account too even though they are correctly linked. only the amulet appears in my dlc section

Right now I have almost none of the bonus DLC showing. I have the Dragon Armor and Shale but that's it. The rest never did show up.

I am having the exact same problem. I have a list of items on my "Registered Game Promotions" list. All but one has downloaded to my PS3. (The Lucky Stone Ring)
I did a lot of searching in these forums and there seems to be no solution.
You can wait. It might fix itself.
You can try visiting your profile page. Sometimes this convinces the BioWare servers to update your account.
You can try getting someone else to visit your profile page. Sometimes this convinces the BioWare servers to update your account. (DONE)
You can try logging out and back into the DA servers from your PS3.
You can try playing the game. Reaching an achievement might trick the Dragon Age servers into updating your account.
BioWare and EA seem to be perpetually busy with other things to be bothered with this problem.

Bioware has problems with PS3 DLC.
