First time I played Mass Effect, I was very impressed by the sex scenes. Not too pornographic, but it certainly matched the quality of the sex scenes I've seen in most films. In many cases, the camera work was even better than the sex scenes in most films.

In ME2, I was somewhat disappointed by how toned down these scenes were! The sex scenes in ME2 were just garbage, even though the dialogue has improved remarkably over the sex scene dialogue found in ME1.

So, please, BioWare, bring back the ME1-style sex scenes?

I couldn't keep a straight face through any of GoW 3's cutscenes. The aphrodite minigame was especially terrible, but wasn't entirely unsurprising.

I would vastly prefer ME 2's way of doing things for ME 3 (maaaybe longer idk).

ME1 > ME2 > DA:O.  At least in my opinion. 

I felt that the ME1 sex scenes were more well rounded, because they included both a before and an after part, and in general were more mature. 

ME2's weren't bad but they weren't good.  They were more "this is a sex scene, and by sex scene I mean possibly a sex scene, possibly someone crying, and for some reason... possibly in an engine room."

DA:O's were montages.  Actually, if you redid DA's so that the "montage" song was playing instead of the actual music, they would be the best sex scenes ever.

I'll get in the more-sex or no-sex camp. Either go with the M rating or T rating, don't half-ass it.

I heard that you could have Combat Magic up at the time as well so you were basically a shadow "doing it" but haven't tried it myself.

I'd be happy with more dialogue, personally. Everything just seemed rushed. "Hey, I like you, now get you ******/scales/plates out!"



... I still entertain the prospect of having a nice picnic with Wrex by the Mako after crushing space pirates beneath its wheels. It would be glorious. Unfortunately most people are more concerned with digital breasts so it won't happen.

The Mother has twelve ******, I believe. I think we got enough nudity there to encompass both Dragon Age and Mass Effect.
