There should be a temporary workaround posted somewhere in the forums, which involves saving before this happens, exiting and deactivating the dlc's then force loading the save, and the resaving, exit and reload that save and continue playing past that part then save and exit, re-enable the dlc's again and resume playing.
But that doesn't help those that have past this part.
But nice to know for next time though.

I've posted the fix for this 3 times already and there are at least 3 other threads covering it. I know search is not working but the answers are there.
Could you link to one of those posts, or let folks know? Maybe save a copy of your reply and cut and paste it in when another of these threads appear because as you said, search isn't working and its a very common and annoying issue.
IF the solution is to disable to items, save and then re-enable, does it work AFTER you have already lost them? Many of us started our Noble at the day of release and DO NOT want to re-do everything to the point they are at now.
Bioware should also likely post the 'fix' for everyone. Its a glaring oversight.

I can't find the links because the dsearch does not work. I'm just getting tired of repeating it.
However ...
after your origins story has finished and you are out in the main game save your game and exit to menu.
Go to downloadable content then uncheck all your content
Reload game and ignore the error warning and force a load. Save that game and exit.
Go back and turn on all your DLC then reload your last game and all the content should return.
I have read that there is stil an issue with the memory band not re-appearing but personally I can't comment on that as I have not authorised that content on my game.

I don't know why everyone always has this problem. I have made several dwarves and they all got all of their items back.
When you are a Swarf noble the storyline removes anything you are carrying. So that any DLC content you start the game with is removed from the character at the end of the story.
You do not get any of that content back as part of the storyline and it only affects the noble storyline.
Bioware are aware of it and have commented that it is scheduled to be fixed in the next patch.

I think someone mentioned that this was fixed on the console version but missed it on the PC version. Maybe thats why?
A hotfix for this should be released asap imo even if its just a temporary file to put in the override folder or even a tiny patch just fixing this.
