Each player on the their turn has 4 points to spend. These points can be used to hurt a Band on the list, heal a Band, or any combination of the two, as long as the player spends no more than 4 points. There are no limits to how high a Band can get this round, though once at 0 a Band is eliminated. This round will last 7 DAYS from when it begins. See OP for more details.
You may take a turn once every 12 hours.
