Each player on the their turn has 4 points to spend. These points can be used to hurt a Band on the list, heal a Band, or any combination of the two, as long as the player spends no more than 4 points. There are no limits to how high a Band can get this round, though once at 0 a Band is eliminated. This round will last until JULY 22, 2010 at approx 8am (Central). See OP for more details.
