If you're using the same Gamertag it should let you, so far as I know.
Posting more details would probably be a good idea. You do X and it gives you "Y" message?

using same game tag.when I'm in xbox live I can hit the download for bringing down the sky and when I play ME1 still comes up not downloading.You think I have to contact xbox?

Please rephrase. Is the issue that Microsoft will not allow you to download the files, or is it that you download the files but the DLC doesn't show up in game?
