I'll need proof of that.
Proof that he said it or proof that geth is a universal term and heretic is more of a specific term?
Proof that he said that. I just played the game the other day and don't recall hearing that. I suppose it is possible if his dialog was spoken very quietly.
None the less, the revelation from Legion that the geth have never entered their own space since their flight from the Veil (which means they haven't attacked the geth) is interesting to know. It throws a wrench in the argument often put forth by geth sympathizers about quarians attacking geth.

And when they say quarians attacked geth, they mean the morning war. In the morning war the quarians attacked the geth because they were becoming to smart.

I didn't think it was possible to derail this thread. It is in itself a derailment...

Incorrect. The quarians merely attempted to deactivate their non-sentient geth servants. In response the geth became violent, starting the war. One could say the quarians provoked the geth, but they didn't start the actual violence.

I'm pretty sure the purple part is waaaaaay bigger... Just look at the number of posts in each thread.

Deactivate means death to the Geth, they where going to perma deactivate. Thats death to the Geth. The Quarians did not think the Geth where that smart, they where wrong. They caused the war when they decided to make the Geth then tried to kill them all. We know you don't like the Geth, but don't try to pin the war on the Geth. The Quarians started it.Shandepared wrote...
