Havn't even started the game and i realized something that i think the patch caused.  When downloading content, it points out what version of the game you need to have in order to download certain content.  All the content thus far is 1.0 stuff...and it shows the 1.0 in red unnecesarily.  Would think its because the game is 1.01 but that obviously still doesnt make sense.  It all seems to be applying itself correctly, anyways...just seems odd to see that red there and thought you bioware people might like to know about it.

And ive heard that there have been some other problems with the patch...might want to consolidate answers here? (at least do it for me so i know whether or not i should start playing yet <_<)
