Hi.

I cannot connect my xbox360 on the internet... Is it possible to buy dlc content from the internet and burn it on a cd so I can instal it on my xbox360?

I think you need Xbox Live. Unless BioWare ships out a special extension/extra content disc you can order from the internet or purchase at a retailer.

You can not burn it to a CD or anything of the sort. It has to be downloaded right off Marketplace via your Xbox while you're signed in with your gamertag.
