I am planning to move to windows 7 in the very near future and am concerned that I will lose access to the cerberus network. There will be no hardware changes but windows 7 has no upgrade path from xp so I have to do a clean installation of windows 7. Will I have to purchase another key for a game I already own?

I don't think so. I had it installed on an old computer, and when I put it on my new one, the code worked fine. I think it just depends on the account you register it with.

No it wont be a problem, just did the same thing last night. Just go get the EA download manager from ea.com and log in all your stuff will be there waiting to redownload.

As Yellowpride says, it's all linked to your account. Just install the DLC again (you can re-download here, Profile -> Your registered game promotions, if you need) and then log in to Cerberus while in-game with the same EA account you used before.
As for re-installing, that should be fine too for just about any store I know of (or for a physical copy). Where'd you buy it from?
