I thought they'd release a new patch with the Darkspawn Chronicles-DLC. And guess what? There is none :crying:

Here's a good question:
Does Bioware test ANYTHING before they release it? Seriously, all these glitches and patches that only make things worse....Seems to me they just throw **** together and call it good. >_>

Problem in the ICT busniss is that nobody understands it how it works except those who studied for it. They can no doubt show you plenty of code and scripts and you will not ****ing understand whats happening. To get to the point some problems appear during distrubution. i have seen plenty of games where a patch is complety ****ed up even after is was tested.

I thought (foolishly) they'd release a patch simultaneously with this to ensure the smoothest possible experience, but no, instead we have to play it on the horrid patch which makes this purchase a total waste of money for those affected.

Welp, as with Awakenings I'll have to wait on this. I'm just sorry I purchased Awakenings, hoping that some of the proposed fixes worked, unfortunately only one did and it makes the game horrible to play. I shall not be making the mistake with this DLC.

It saddens me to have this as a comment in my YTube videos:

Quote / abt 1 hour ago:

I bought this game and I got 20 hrs into it and it started to freeze like crazy. I called EA and they told me its tha system but every other game i have works fine but this, and I have almost twenty! If u have a PS3 dont buy this!!!!!!!!!!!!! an if it does work you will see a **** load of glitches. Tha programming sucks, itz a good game its sad they ****ed it up.

Yes, that is some horrible butchery of the English language.

But the lack of a patch for a few months isn't a sign of a game being abandoned. As Mr Gaider said on the first page, they've announced a DAO patch (and didn't they announce another ME2 patch? Perhaps not), and it's just a case of waiting patiently.

In regards to ME 2 they are working on the PC variant of the one that was released for the 360 a few weeks back. Apparently the 1.03 patch on DA was not properly tested, so the new patch for DA looks like its taking longer because of that.

And, Onyx, it's likely got fixes for Awakening and all the DLC.

So it's gonna be relatively huge.
