What happens with Morrigan if you dont do the ritual and leave Loghain kill the Archdemon?
Does she appear at the Awakening?

Loghain dies. Morrigan will not appear in Awakening regardless of what choices you make. Awakening is not a continuation of the base storyline - it's a sidetrip for your Warden character.
