Can I do the Reaper IFF as soon as it's availiable and still do all the story related business without missing anything (I don't expect to do the N7s, just the recruitment and loyalty missions)
Just a quick story/game progression question.

Getting the reaper IFF begins a countdown to a story event that forces you to either go do the final mission otherwise people in your crew will die. You can still do other missions but the more you do, the more crew members get killed.
