Anyone think that assuming there's a DA: O2, that we'll be seeing Morrigan again?  Except this time she'll be working against us?

She could be in one of two vastly different situations depending on your choices at the end of DA:O. I'm not sure how they would implement that, since it's a potentially gigantic difference.

seeing that in the Male Human noble story if you romance her right she'll be sad and regrets leaving you. so I say the next game will have something to do with a diffrent MC or a new threat while looking for Morrigan.

That didn't have too much interaction with the outside world since she was not allowed to... you forgot to mention that

All in all, she isn't evil, just missunderstood and she doesn't really know a lot of things regarding the outside world (beyond the Kokari Wilds) due to Flemeth.
