They both die pretty easily, but Shepard has backup. Lone Wanderer's backup manages to be impervious to bullets, but the slightest hint of fire = death

Wasteland Commando. Able to ignore pain and aim at a target with super-human reflexes.


Super gamer and karate yellow-belt in the third grade, Jeff De Malin wires high-tech sensors to the controllers to collect valuable data.

"We have a really interesting match-up. On one hand, you know, you've got Shepard and he's like a space marine, so he has all these high tech weapons and powers and stuff. But on the other hand is the Lone Wanderer, who has VATS and gets all jacked up on drugs. I think it's going to get very interesting.

Is shep default? (soldier) if so, he has shields, which should make him win.

It'll end up as a who can fire the Cain/Experimental MIRV the fastest.

even then, sheps shields will just die, leaving him with a full health bar. (a single hit can only wipe out shields in ME2 if I remember correctly)

Commander Shepard and the Lone Wanderer are from two vastly different universes. One, a dark spin on the tongue-in-cheek view of the future held by Americans in the 1950's. The other, a more realistic and slightly brighter future following humanity's ascent into the galaxy.



"For my pregame prediction, I'll go with the Lone Wanderer. Even though Shepard is bringing the most tech, the wanderer is just straight up hardcore."

"I think Shepard's got this one. It doesn't matter how great and well trained you are, you can't train to survive a Widow anti-material rifle shot to the head from Shepard's widow rifle. From a medical standpoint, the head would EXPLODE."

One of Shepard's basic weapons packs the most punch.
THE M-3 PREDATOR!



The M-3 Predator is a 12 shot weapon, powered by a thermal heat sink. It is capable of piercing armor and flesh with no remorse or mercy. It's only weakness is an inability to pierce shields, but this won't help the Lone Wanderer. To test the lethality of the pistol, the team readies it's first target.



For this test, the team is using Conrad, as he is as close as it gets to an actual human. They should get pretty realistic damage to the flesh.

While you're loading up your Cain my MIRV will blow you to hell, Old Painless will knock off your head in the time you can fire your widow, and with the power of VATs you won't see it coming until the second you die. Shepard, I love ya, but NO ONE can beat the Lone Wanderer.

After analyzing the damage done to Conrad's foot, the team checks out the Lone Wanderer's basic weapon.
THE 10mm PISTOL!



Using homemade ammunition, the 10mm pistol is a reliable close quarter weapon with deadly accuracy and stopping power. It can fire 12 rounds of the wasteland's most common ammunition in under 12 seconds.

The pistol is also tested on Conrad, and the doctor inspects the damage.



"Between the two starter weapons, there's no question. Shepard has the edge. It has a faster rate of fire, more upgrade possibilities, and multiple ammunition types. This weapon won't be what's going to make or break this fight though. I think we should concentrate on the heavy hitters."

In defensive gear, Shepard is armed with...
N7 ALLIANCE MARINE ARMOR!



The N7 Alliance Armor is Shepard's way of staying alive. Encased in metal alloys based off of discovered alien technology. Shepard's onboard MediGel system can stabilize an entire squad in less than one seconds. The suit itself is equipped with a personal mass effect shield, capable of deflecting rounds and stopping blows.

Up against...
WASTELAND DEFENSES!



Unlike Shepard, who is mostly confined to his N7 suit. The Lone Wanderer has a wide variety of scavenged technology from the height of human power. From the T-51b Winterized Power Armor, to the Hazmat suit, and the Chinese Stealthsuit.

Old painless did crap damage.  The only thing going for it is the lack of spray, so you can headshot w/o VATS.

Are we assuming default soldier Shep, cuz if not, I think it gets more interesting. 

VATS has nothing on the combo of Singularity + Rape Warp

"I don't think this is as clear cut as it seems. Looking at the Chinese Stealthsuit, a high Agility Lone Wanderer can take down a Behemoth with a silenced weapon before he even knows what's going on. Those Sneak Attack Criticals can really turn the fight around."



"Those criticals don't mean anything when Shepard's immune to bullets. He'll just be shooting air at Shepard when he gets his crap packed in by the butt of an assault rifle."

However, gear won't be the main deciding factor in this battle. For combat systems and tactics, Shepard uses...
COVER!




Shepard's genius seems to know no bounds, and his tactics as a soldier drive him to bunker down behind various enviornmental objects. A famous example is his campaign on Omega, where he took cover behind a sofa to stop gunship bullets from reaching him.

Against the Lone Wanderer's...
VAULT-TEC ASSISTED TARGETING SYSTEM!



The Lone Wanderer's greatest strengths are his incredible reflexes, V.A.T.S allows the Lone Wanderer to fire multiple shots with extreme accuracy from virtually any range. The slightest exposure gurantees a hit from the VATS system.

Problem with VATS:

I've been killed three times because VATS decided to watch some Raider's head roll down a flight of stairs, while I couldn't target the other enemies in the room, take cover or anything because I was stuck in VATS.
