This is an interesting theoretical conflict. Both Shepard and TLW have advanced weaponry, nuke guns, the ability to turn invisible, and can wield electrical killing weapons. The only thing TLW has at an advantage would be close range combat using a chainsaw-like weapon to kill shepard very easily. A battle between the two would likely end up as a draw or both would end up dead unless TLW could engage Shepard at close range.

You know, a soldier Shepard has VATS via Adrenaline Rush, but I guess it was excluded because only the soldier is capable of performing the ability.
However, are we assuming Shepard is a soldier in this thread? If not, shouldn't biotics be taken into consideration?

gonna have to disagree with you there. admittedly i have only played fallout 3 in the fallout series but it doesn't measure up to ME2. IGN and metacritic agree.
