Alright, I made a paypal account just for this game as I don't have a credit card. I linked my bankaccount to it, had it confirmed, everything. In other words, it should work, right?

Now, when I just tried to buy points, I got the following message (badly translated for your convinience):
"Your reciever wants to be paid directly. To make direct payment possible, all you have to do is link a credit card as your main payment source"

So I still need a credit card to pay anyway? What's the point of having paypal as an option in the first place then?
I'm probably simply missing something here in my ignorance of the whole paypal thing, but can someone tell me if there's any way to simply have paypal steal money directly from my bankaccount, rather than me having to first transfer it manually, wait a week, and then pay? (If that even works in the first place...)
