Does anyone know if Bioware will replace a damaged ME2 disk #1 (newly purchased-yesterday---yes, horrible luck on my end)? Thanks for the help!

My 2 year old tipped over the Xbox and now there's a huge/deep scratch in the disc...it will not continue play now.

Well, I'm afraid that EA probably won't give you a new disc for free. I'd try either taking it back to the shop you bought it from or check the end of the manual (the license and warranty etc) they usually let you buy a new disc for about $10. They may also give you a new disc within 90 days no strings attached, it should say in the manual.
