I keep having issues with my DLC.

Everytime I start the game I
must redownload all my DLC. This only started happening after the recent
xbox update.

It shows on my HD that the DLC is installed, but
cannot continue my game because it says certain DLC packs are not
installed.

So far the only way to assure it doesn't happen is to
go online everytime I play and since I live in a house that shares use
its really inconvienent.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem but even when i'm on xbl it still doesn't detect them.

Did you change your console/hdd as well, because I think that is the problem in my case.
