Locked out of my own game?

Hello Everyone, my issue is this, I recently popped in my disc, and wanted to play but every single one of my saved characters cant get into the game because evidently "The Original Owner of this account must log into the game due to to premium items"

Guess what EA/BioWare, I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER!!!!!!!!

SO what, I spend good money on a game to NOW be told that I am NOT the original owner even though I UNWRAPPED IT MYSELF!?

How do I get this resolved so I can play and if for some reason, can I can get a refund on my remaining points STILL on there associated with my account?

By the way, I purchased my game AND the strategy guide at my local Laredo, Texas GameStop Store.

To find the option to start a Live Chat session with a support representative, follow the steps below:
  • Log in with your EA Account (or Pogo Account for Pogo Help).
    You should see a Login option under the My Stuff section on the left-hand navigation.

  • Click on Email Us. This link is also located on the left-hand navigation.

  • Select the appropriate Platform, Game and Category that best describes the issue you are experiencing.
    This information will help us direct you to the appropriate support representative.

  • After you have made all selections, you will see a pop-up message appear, asking you if you want to Chat with a Customer Support Agent.

  • Click on the Live Chat button.

  • Your chat session should start shortly. (You should see an estimated wait time period.)
After your chat session, we will send you a copy of the Chat Transcript, which you can later access by logging into this support site and clicking on My Questions. You should see a reference number and message titled Live Chat with details regarding your Chat Session.
NOTE: If after you click on Email Us and fill in all appropriate information, you do not see an option for Live Chat, then Live Chat is unavailable at that time.
Chat hours of operation are: 6AM - 10PM PST
