If all that fails, I would suggest posting over in the PC DA:O Tech Support forum for further assistance...where this topic should have been posted in the first place.

...make sure you are logged into the same account through the game that you have set up as being credited with this DLC, be patient! ( i seriously doubt any points that you have bought have disapeared unless you bought something with them...and sometimes it takes a while for the game and your online EA account to sync up), and it may help to actually register the game through this forum. Also, check on your registered content (Left tab: Profile>Your registered game promotions) to make sure that you actually have the DLC available to you that your expecting to be available.

I had 400 points I was saving for Return to Ostagar that I never spent, this wa sback when the release kept getting pushed back. I have not played in a while and have since had to re-install the game due to having a new HDD, on my previous install I have Stone Prisoner, Wardens Keep, the Blood Dragon Armor, and not sure if there was anything else. The points are gone and I cannot access the additional content I had, and yes I am logged in under the same email/password I used to get the stuff.
Though when I decided to start playing again and came to the site to log in it had me choose a new name (under the same email/pw as before) I imagine that could be the problem but I caanot seem to figure out how to get under my old Display name.

Thanks for the replies though, hopefully I can get it fixed through support, I was looking at it last night but none of the options made sense for my problem/question.

...i think you misunderstood what i mean in my most recent reply, though. By EA support, i don't mean going to the PC DA:O Tech Support thread that i linked before...they will likely suggest the same thing that I'm tryin to suggest given what you've recently explained, which would be going to EA Support and contacting one of their support staff to try to get you all fixed up.
Most of the people who help out on the tech support forums are like me - simple, knowledgable, helpful members with no real power to do what you need to be done...and even if a Bioware developer or moderator were to care enough to help you out, they would be hard pressed to fix your problem, especially if you dont even remember the exact name of your old profile....so, I would try going directly to EA.
