I'm currently reading The Last Wish as well and enjoying it very much. I like the short-story style. It reminds me of folk tales, which I love, except all the folk tales have Geralt in them. Which is fine by me.MaaZeus wrote...
Last Wish is REALLY good. At first it seems like a random collection of short stories similar to Lovecraft collections, but there is an actual core plot linking the Voice Of Reason parts to the parts telling Geralts past missons, they are there to give an insight to Geralts line of thought and how he sees the world. I enjoyed that book a LOT. And so far Blood Of The Elves has been enjoyable read too.
Mmmm, Geralt......

Hyppolytos, by Euripides. Greek Tragedy. Boring. Mandatory reading.
Most Greek plays are really good but I'll never understand why teachers feel the need to require them for reading when just about all of them can be summed up in about a paragraph or two. If there was any word play worth noting its been lost in translation and the only thing that matters about the play now is it's meaning. Which, again, can be summed up easily.

I'm reading a Biography of Miyamoto Musashi and his life writing, along with his book of five rings.
Do you mean an actual biography or Eiji Yoshikawa's Musashi? Because they are two very different things lol.
I'm currently reading The Black Prism by Brent Weeks its pretty good so far.
