"Wrex established an actual neutral ground. On Tuchanka. The guy created, with his own hands and in two years, the equivalent of a snowman in the Sahara...and kept it from melting. "

My first thought after watching Shepard die and be brought back to life was "I need to tell Wrex I'm alive!!!" I'll be extremely happy if he returns as a squadmate.

Can you imagine a Krogan drinking tea from a cup? Maybe there's some comedy potential there.

Does anyone else think his cameo in ME2 kinda went against his character in ME1? I'm not exactly complaining, as I respect him more now with what he's doing with the krogan, but in ME1 he was all "I hate fighting for a lost cause." (referring to the krogan) and "Bottom line, fighting for credits simplifies things."
I always found it strange too. In ME1 he says he's given up on the Krogan and will never go back to Tuchanka.
Then ME2 rolls around and it's like none of that ever happened:huh:
At least he's happy to see you. Unlike a certain other survivor from Virmire

I didn't see it going against his character at all. You can tell that he still wanted to help his people, but without a good enough push, he was simply fighting an uphill battle. It wasn't until Virmire where (if he survived) he used that information to make the other clans come together under his banner. He says this the first time you meet him if you chose the "It's been a long time" option. He's still the same ass-kicking krogan he was in ME1, just with krogan henchmen(which is awesome.)Worrywort wrote...

I'd agree that it seems to keep to Wrex's character from ME1. After all, before he left he was advocating that the Krogan should concentrate on breeding for at least a generation and forget about fighting because of the genophage. Wrex is a reformer(?) and not a traditionalist like Wreav (yeah...I played that game). As he explains in ME2, the incident on Virmire only aided his cause.
Although I admit it does seem (emphasis on 'seem') he has mellowed out due to his 'new' position of clan leader. Though given the sense of Krogan politics learnt of Tuchanka I'm sure he still sees a fair bit of fighting though we don't get to see it. Well...with the exception of that headbutt.

This moment in history was known as the Krogan-Human rebellion.

"Don't ****** in my ear and tell me it's raining"
These are the reasons why I will ressurect Wrex's thread for love to shower down upon his scaley squad and to once again become the most popular character of mass effect making the Migrant fleet look like a joke

Honestly, even though everyone likes him, Wrex isn't a particularly popular topic or character to portray in fanfiction. In many fanfics, he shows up, beats some people up, talks a little to Shepard, and leaves.

Wrex may be given another cameo role in ME3... if he lives, of course.

Bioware should just screw over the people who killed him and let him be a squadmate again
