Can we get an ATTRACTIVE Asari squadmate for ME3?

First we had Liara, with her strange penciled-on eyebrows and freckles that no other Asari had combined with her constant wide-eyed expression and stilted way of speaking.
Then we were thrown Samara/Morinth who - don't get me wrong, I love the cleavage - both have freakishly gigantic eyes and even more freckles (enough to put a ginger to shame!)... as well as, again, a strange stilted way of speaking (although in Morinth's case it's just an act, but still).
In ME3 I'd like to get an Asari with those gorgeous Turian facial tattoos like you see on so many of them (I assume from "interbreeding" with Turians). No more freckles, no more eyebrows, no more "unique". Then maybe my FemShep can finally get down with the blue (or purple).

To each their own. I thought Liara and Samara/Morinth were attractive. And they were both based on real people. Who would you think would make a good model for an asari squaddie?
.....umm, no one? BioWare seems to do their best when they make their characters from scratch and don't try to base them on anyone. Plus then they don't have to pay likeness fees.

Whats wrong with this?
...everything? I'm sorry, if you can look at either of those pictures (especially the later) and think "Wow, she's gorgeous!" then more power to you, but I couldn't even begin to describe all the things I find unappealing about them.

Honestly I believe that the only attaractive thing about Aria is hoping I get to kill he in ME3.

Although Liara isn't wrong either.
Samara... people like her because she's the only Asari to stare at the whole time.
Her jaw is very unattractive.

Even Commander Shepard (male) is modeled after a real person Mark Vanderloo
Though bioware does make their NPCS by scratch its not always true for your Squadmates/Companions.

Congratulations, you are studman69. That blue-eyed girl in the first picture is a beauty, and if Samara is based on that, well... wow. Edit: Don't know how to make the picture from fark appear - it describes your attitude perfectly.

@JKoopman prime example, Miranda is based off of the woman does the voice overs for her (Yvonne Strahovski). Shes just not blond in game. Dragon Age players - Morrigan - Victoria (a.k.a. Victorria) Johnson and Leliana - Alexandra "Alleykatze" Stein is based off of real people as well.

And a prime example of why I think it's a bad idea. With the exception of Morrigan, who was the closest to an attractive female based of a real person imo (it was a shame the rest of her body was so blocky and awkward), every other character you listed was just "meh".
I never play as "Sheploo" so I can't really comment on that. Leliana never did anything for me (although she looked great in CG cinematics). And Miranda... well, just look at all the anti-Mirada threads from around release to see how many people didn't like her appearance. Most people will agree that Yvonne herself is attractive, but trying to translate that in-game almost never works.
But anyway, this is getting off-topic...

Congratulations, you are a pompous ass.
Excuse me for having a little thing called personal taste. You don't see me accusing you of having low standards for thinking she's beautiful, so kindly don't accuse me of being fat, ugly and conceited for thinking she's not.
Just because she's based on a real person who happens to call herself a professional model (NOTE: anyone can be a model and not all models are necessarilly attractive to everyone) doesn't mean I have to find her beautiful. And regardless whether you think "beggars can't be choosers", I wouldn't go out of my way to pursue her. I'm sorry, I just don't find her appealing. Personally, I think my actual girlfriend is way hotter, so chew on that for a bit.

It's a shame about Shiala, they took out all the color on her face in ME2 and she looks bleh.

It's really quite odd. BioWare doesn't seem to have trouble creating attractive Asari characters as I thought Shiala and the Asari Councilor were among the most attractive female characters in all of ME1. And even though Shiala kinda got beaten with the ugly stick a bit in ME2, Aria is a worthy substitute. So why is it that BioWare can never seem to give us an attractive Asari squadmember?
First we had Liara, with her strange penciled-on eyebrows and freckles that no other Asari had combined with her constant wide-eyed expression and stilted way of speaking.
Then we were thrown Samara/Morinth who - don't get me wrong, I love the cleavage - both have freakishly gigantic eyes and even more freckles (enough to put a ginger to shame!)... as well as, again, a strange stilted way of speaking (although in Morinth's case it's just an act, but still).

Familiarity, social influence, personality, recent experiences, even the phenomenon known as 'sex-is-attractive' have been known (via peer-reviewed and statistically significant research) to affect perceptions of attractiveness. In general, the character model for Samara fits the idea of what may be deemed (in Western civilization) as generally attractive in a female (high cheekbones, symmetrical features, full lips, etc). Her "big eyes" may also be seen as a particularly attractive trait in East Asia. There are 'guidelines' to what we find generally attractive, but it is still largely subjective. Personally, I thought Shiala was not attractive in ME2, with her lowered cheekbones, a more pronounced eyebrow ridge than what is deemed typically attractive for a 'female,' an undefined jawline, and small, sunken eyes.
I didn't particularly like Liara's look, but I can see how she would be seen as attractive. Especially since most Liara fans seem to adore her personality, which can in turn affect perception. I did not think Aria to be particularly attractive either, although her face paint was quite unique.
In any case, even I recognize my bias as personality takes precedence for me and I find the personality of one such as Samara to be highly fascinating.

lol, personal taste.
Also, I would do horrible things to Shiala, even if she is probably full of spores.
