Well who would have thought.Busomjack wrote...
Ummm, no. Still, I had no idea you were into healthy eating Darht Jayder. I eat a lot of deep sea vegetables myself since they are high in polyphenols, Vitamin B-12, and Iodine. For all your vitriol towards me, we actually have some things in common.
I prefer yeast extract and soya milk for B12.
For protein some of the most complete sources of protein are vegan protein sources. Amarath, hemp and quinoa in particular have all the same amino acids as organic eggs. Meat is actually a bad choice for body builders, which I am, because it has no fiber. With no fiber your body will use a lot of energy just to digest the food and during a high intensity work out you need all the energy you can get.
Woah! I agree with almost everything you said. Only thing I would dissagree with is Soy Milk which I think is a bad choice because it has trypsin inhibitors which make it harder to absorb protein.
That aside though you hit the nail in the coffin.
We shouldn't be enmies dude, we should be in a bromance.
I do like nuts though.
Nuts are low in saturated fat. The majority of fat from nuts comes from mono-unsaturated or polyunsaturated fat. It's red meat which is high in saturated fat. That isn't a huge issue though as saturated fat really isn't all that bad. Saturated fat from plant sources like coconut are rich in lauric acid which your body prefers to burn rather than store, and thus it will raise your metabolism.

Right again about nuts! Your knowledge on nutrition is vast. You should consider becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist. There are many people who could benefit from your knowledge on proper nutrition.

The only people who make bigoted, homophobic comments like what you just posted are people who feel insecure about their own sexuality and masculinity and combat those feelings by lashing out against those they fear deep inside they may be one of.
