So I thought I killed Wynne in Origins, yet when I showed up in Amaranthine, she confronts me in front of the chantry and gets all angry with me. Is this normal?

I would say so. I rather think you'd be seriously peeved as well, if you'd been killed off by someone and then had them come up to you to start jabbering away as if nothing had happened. I know I'd be all "HELLOOOO! You flippin' KILLED ME the last time we met! At the very least you owe me a coffee!" if that happened to me.
Oh, wait, you were probably wondering if this was just a bug... sorry. Can't help you there. Considering that they let you import your Ultimate Sacrifice Warden, though, it wouldn't surprise me if they just decided that Wynne would have survived Origins as well, no matter what the player did to her. But that's just a guess.

My warden did not make the ultimate sacrifice though. I killed Wynne in the Circle of Magi quest and then *poof* ,out of nowhere comes zombie-Wynne. I told her I would leave her alone and now she is nowhere to be found. It really kind of broke the suspension of disbelief for me.
I understand her concern though.

She still has that spirit that can bring her back from the dead. If she's in your group and she dies in a fight, she is usually ressucitated by the spirit. Unlike the others, she's the only one who can come back to life without any help from the other companions before the fight is over.

I didn't see Wynne in my last playthrough. She remained dead.
I did see Zombie Velanna though.
I killed her in the Wending woods. I picked only Sigrun to accompany me in Amaranthine's battle but the game showed me a cutscene with Sigrun, Velanna and Justice(was supposed to be at the keep) accompanying my PC. lol

Maybe she was Ser Pounce-A-Lots prior owner?
That would explain a great deal actually...

You mean Ser Pounce-A-Lot's prior pet, Ser Pounce-A-Lot has no owners, tis a kingly cat with no kingdom and free to roam.

It was Wynne's evil twin in awakenings, you never see the dominatrix suit under her robes
