Hi,
I have a problem with Mass Effect 2 PC 1.01 + Kasumi DLC rendering the game useless now.
At the end of Kasumi DLC mission, on the illusive man summary screen, when "Exit" button is clicked game stops working.
I have received 3 "solutions" from EA support but none works:
1) DLC File size is correct and MD5 hash is correct
2) I have not modified config files
3) I have less than 50 save games

On top of that I have reinstalled full game and all DLCs - didn't work.

This is not graphic card/driver related - same problem for GTX 295 with 3 various drivers and GTX 480

I am experiencing the same issues, hopefully it will be fixed soon, however I am not in a rush to get the Flashbang Grenades from her.

 So, I've received a final response from the EA Support:
"Unfortunately the game is not tested on Windows 7 or 64 bit environment"
Now let's see Mass Effect 2 PC OS requirements:

Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7

Thank you very much EA.
You advertise game as compatible with a system and yet don't bother testing on this platform.

There are clearly issues with this DLC so do something about it if you charge for it rather than finding some lame excuses.

I have just run into this exact same problem with a crash at the end of the Kasumi DLC Mission ie. go to Illusive Man summary screen, click Exit > crash. It is repeatable too. I have the 1.02 patch with CD version. Win 7 Home Premium 64bit. Cannot believe EA didn't test Win 7 or the 64 bit platform.

Did you get past this mission ? I went back to an earlier save in the mission before all the action starts and played through again, but this time I let Kasumi keep the greybox of memories instead of telling her to destroy it. I got through the final summary screen OK this time - i'm on Win 7 64 bit too.

OMFG!!! I have got the same problem:( When I played the DLC for the first time, everything goes well. But now I am playing the game at "insane" diffucult level and when i go to debrief menu after DLC misson the game CRASH!!! But I have patch 1.0.2... (Win7 64 and every new driver)
I see in last post that I can try to load some other save.. But does anyone in EA know how thug is every bettle on INSANE level?! Release some patch you lazy ****es! I own both game in collecotrs edition and have preorder ME3! What else you want from me?!

So I try to reload my game from savegame 30min back in the game, and nothing happened:( Same CRASH after debrief... Iam very very angry! I want prepare mame save to ME3 ultimately and try to beat INSANE level, but the game dont want it.. Maybe i try to restart whole the DLC mission..but much later.. Now i am too pissed... If someone know how to fix it please tell me.. thanks

Here is the solution.. add one parametr (i rather reinstall DLC) and everything works just fine:)
