Get rid of patch 1.03; it's full of bugs. Uninstall, then stop with 1.02A
with the reinstall.

Running Windows 7 with only 2GB RAM could be your problem. For Vista and Win 7, 4GB RAM is the recommended configuration. What other things have you got running in the background? Regular BSOD indicates to me that your system just doesn't have enough memory.

It is 3gb. And 1.5gb min.
The game will run on 2 gigs fine.
However, you can test your ram if you would like OP.

One of the joys of EA - different packaging has different requirements and the EA sites themselves provide conflicting information. Check this out: http://social.biowar...2529557#2607196

Yeah it is different everywhere, I just go by the box, but this game should have no issue with 2 gigs.

Unless he has some super slow ddr2/1.... then he might need faster ram, or faster and more.
But i feel like this is derailing his thread so I will stop here.
