Ehh... Point Lookout and Broken Steel were great, but Operation: Anchorage was disappointing, The Pitt was buggy, and Mothership Zeta was god awful.
Really, there's good and bad with Bethesda's DLCs as there are with BioWare's. Although the DLCs for Fallout 3 were large and there was a lot of them, the way BioWare is going, we may get more DLC than F3 ever got.
(Also less expensive, too: $15 for one F3 DLC compared to $5-7 for one for ME/DA:O).
I tend to agree with you on Bethesda DLC though I still enjoyed The Pitt, bugs and all. I've been playing FO3 again on a hard difficulty just to get me in the mood for FO New Vegas just like I did one more playthrough on ME prior to ME2 coming out just to get hyped up.
As for ME2 DLC, just the fact that I can play them after the game is complete is a game winner for me. I screamed bloody murder about that regarding ME1. BDtS came out soon enough after ME was released that I didn't mind playing through all over again with my multiple saves and was actually glad for the excuse to do so at the time as that game still is my #1 favorite game of all time and is the sole reason I even bought a 360 in the first place. However, on pure principle I refused to buy the Pinnacle Stateion DLC because it wasn't playable after you'd beaten the game. The fact that it got terrible reviews by almost everyone simply made the choice not to buy that much easier. Thus far ME2 DLCthat is gameplay related has been fun if a bit short and that's where Bethesda tops Bioware IMO. I'm hopeful we'll get a full length expansion pack in the near future like DAO has then my tune on Bioware vs. Bethesda regarding DLC may change.
Still, even if Overlord only takes and hour or two to play it's still more ME2 which is good and I have 4 Shepards to play through with.
