This has almost always been the case with virtually every DLC tied to the Xbox (=Microsoft), in one way or another. Not much of a surprise, we've gotten used to it.

Your right about that, nomally they would release date like the other DLC. They don't even release for the xbox and yet its out with a surprise!

Because they have to actively release the DLC, update the pages and stuff, instead of MS doing it for them !

At least Microsoft didn't make a deal with BioWare to release DLC only for the X-Box 360.

Unfortunately, no other information is given on the first DLC pack (though the energy drink case you see above seems to indicate that it'll be maps), but the announcement does note that this is but the first in a series of "content packs" that will be exclusive to Microsoft's console.

Dude, it will be out for everyone in a few hours. Most modules now aren't released until afternoon in whatever the developer's timezone is. It's been like this for every ME2 module, only this one managed to sneak into the Live marketplace a bit early.

We have to regard, that in Kanada (Alberta) it is 7 o'clock so it maybe take a lot time to release the DLC.

Played the whole DLC now.........while it's an extremely good set of missions - easily some of the best in ME2. With a rather heart-wrenching finale I might add. It does seem odd that there is no unique weapon/armor/whatever to be gained from it.

As soon as you're back on the Normandy, it's business as usual. I know they already told us there'd be no loot, but after playing it......seems a bit odd...

Still, absolutely stunning work on the DLC Bioware - keep the quality this high and your fans will never desert you.

Only loot to be had is credits, minerals, and a heavy skin weave upgrade for Shepard.
