It's officially out on the UK XboxLive Marketplace. But still no title update.

I have ME2 on 360, but I got the game download cheap (like $21 bucks) for the PC, and I'd really like to play the game on the PC, thanks.

Thats how it usually works if the title update doesn't fix it. If you have to, it should easily recover and you'll have to give it another whirl. Just cross your fingers it isn't a Dragon Age bug

Your guess is as good as mine. Could be a minute from now, could be hours. MS is in control of that.  As for replaying, depends on if the title update fixes it automatically. If not we'll both be playing it again.

the planet seemed to me to be avatar inspired (avatar fans can correct me if im wrong) the fact that there was trees, animals and water was fantastic but the overall dlc was still quick to get through and in that respect it was dissapointing

the most games would desighned for PS3, XBox und Wii first and than for PC ... remember .. Mass Effect 1 should not came out for PC first ... so i think ... PC players ARE 2nd class ...

They perhaps have a looser definition of "simultaneously".
