how long is this dlc?
Depends on what difficulty mode you play it on. It took me 4 hours to beat on insanity mode, but most have been finishing overlord in about 2 hours.
ty for the reply. hmmm 2 hours, kinda short i guess.

Oh and I apparently missed the 1.02 patch released today as well. Once I installed that, I was able to get thru just fine.

Has anyone been having any issues with the Overlord mission pack? Whenever I try and access the Prometheus station the game crashes on me. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?
Yes, but only happened once. I reload the game and no problem.

Is there any news on a fix for those of us who have unlocked the achievements but they aren't showing up on the Xbox 360 dash? I have all 54 achievements and my 360 still states I have 52I miss having ME2 as a completed game...
the only solution i found was to delete my profile, recover it and then unlock both achievements again. irritating as hell but it works.

I love the combat in "ME2" but there was little to no dialogue in this DLC. I think "ME1" had good dialogue/story, but borderline terrible combat...."ME2" had a perfect mixture IMO of combat and dialogue/story....this DLC was a bit too heavy on the combat. There was literally only 2 conversations in 2-3 hours of game play, which would be fine for "Gears Of War", not so much for a Bioware shooter/RPG.
And for the record I don't mean VO, because that's not even worth mentioning at this point. Bioware obviously doesn't have the voice actors just hanging out to record lines at will, it is what it is.
I mean the dialogue wheel this game is famous for. It's only in a couple scenes.
The next complaint is a minor one. At the end depending on what you choose Shepard says "The Illusive Man can fire me!"....this line kinda doesn't make sense depending on how you ended "ME2". The wording should've been a bit more vague so it fits both outcomes of the Cerberus situation in "ME2".
Lastly the Hammerhead is kinda terrible. It controls decently but the shooting feels extremely dumbed down since it's auto aim makes things near impossible to miss, and the Hammerhead has shields made of wet toliet paper. Also it seems like the turrets wouldn't be anywhere near hitting me and I'd suddenly explode.
Again, not a bad DLC but I prefer Kasumi's. I have a feeling this DLC would be a lot better if it was a part of the main game, or played in the middle of a play through as a change of pace instead of the last mission after you've beaten it.

The "comedy" in the DLC was getting a little overboard.
Other than that, good DLC.
Huh? I don't remember any comedy at all. Aside from possibly the AI in the Hammerhead, and that was two lines.
The DLC was pretty dark. Especially the ending.

Not in that station but inside the initial station where you met archer, solve by restarting the game (2-3 times)

the planet seemed to me to be avatar inspired (avatar fans can correct me if im wrong) the fact that there was trees, animals and water was fantastic but the overall dlc was still quick to get through and in that respect it was dissapointing
Oh gosh, someone get a copyright lawyer this instant!
No not just trees, water and animals...but BIG trees, strange things in the sky that look remarkably like those creatures they fly on in the film and waterfalls...because well...JUST BECAUSE!!

I just don't like the hammerhead tank, its got great maneuverability but it has annoyingly weak shields. I found myself wanting to leave this thing and take my chances on foot with my own suit shields in combat situations which is truly annoying when you discover you can not exit this hammerhead like you could the Mako. I just hope that if the Hammerhead makes it into Mass Effect 3 Bioware will at least give us the option to upgrade its shields. because for right now i find myself having to shoot things from a safe distance just so it don't catch fire and explode after a couple of hits. It can get pretty dull. But other then that i enjoyed the Overlord story and I look forward to future DLC
Yes, the toughness of hammerhead can by no means be compared to that of Mako, so I tend to avoid direct engagements with the enemies like turrets.
Hope the new vehicle will be improved next time:wizard:
