I don't have an internet connection in my house, so i'm thinking about taking my xbox to a place with internet connection, download the DLC and then take the xbox to my house.
But i've heard you can't play DLC without login to xbox life, can i play mass effect 2 DLC without internet? please say yes.

I don't think you need a constant internet connection to play. This is not ubisoft.

I think i will open a thread to see if a moderator can answer me.

Anyone experienced crashing during the loading screen for the first base transition? Vulcan station or something like that?
My game crashed on me, I can't remember where but it was early on. Think it was the only time ME2 has ever crashed on me.
Only did it the once and I played through fine after that.

Good job Bioware. Hopefully we see more of this in future DLCs

The visuals are *magnificent.* Gorgeous exterior view, complete with waterfall! And the final part of the mission, with the holographic overlay on everything... Just amazing!
The final reveal has to be one of the most emotional moments I've ever seen in a game. Definitely the best one in any DLC. I'm hoping that this is the new standard Bioware is setting for DLC... And wondering how much better it'll be if they manage to set it even higher!

I had this too...it is when you go to the crashed ship that has been made into a station. Apparently it happens if you have Legion in your fire-team.
I found that as long as i didnt have Legion in my selected team for the mission, it never crashed. Obviously it is not ideal that you cannot use one of your team mates, but at least it did solve the problem.

Honestly, I'd say that Overlord is the best thing to come out of the ME-verse so far. I don't know who the lead writer was (I didn't see any credits anywhere) but whoever it was, they should be the lead writer for ME3.

I had that crash too when I reached ship but when I entered game again I had in save files restart that geth ship/station mission and then I continued where it crashed. And I had Legion whole Overlord dlc with me till the end.
Anyway I must say that Overlord besides Kasumi is very great great dlc but also spooky/creepy. I was playing it yesterday late at night and I was abit scared

Two suggestions, however.
1. The Hammerhead is made of paper. If it was any more angular, it would be Origami.
2. Instead of releasing sets of armor and weapons in their own packs, consider releasing them with mission DLC, and adjusting the price accordingly. Less complaining about micro-transactions, and the feel of getting more content for your dollar.

You'd be surprised how many people do that.

I had to do it in Portal, too.
It's a reflex.
